DKIM results looks a bit odd - the email from Russell has the header:

Authentication-Results: itmustbe.luv.asn.au; dkim=fail
        reason="verification failed; insecure key"
        header.d=coker.com.au [email protected] header.b=aF73C6ft;
        dkim-adsp=discard (insecure policy); dkim-atps=neutral

It's also there for some others in this thread (Mike, Marcus, yourself) but
not for others (Karl, Rohan). Presumably some are sending from DKIM using
servers (Gmail is one) and something is up there?

Not sure it's related, but worth checking at least.

cheers,
Chris
