This sounds like a device for a person who loves music: QA350 MOD V2--SD Card WAV High Fidelity Music Player http://www.qlshifi.com/en/wzcapi/qa350_mod_v2.htm I found this review here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=39q09iU01sg I am not an expert in audio electronics so I cannot compare this "audio dedicated" equipment against a modern phone/tablet (e.g. the mentioned Samsung Galaxy) Even a simple smartphone (e.g. the ZTE Open with Firefox OS as I am using) has a better way of browsing through a music collection as the Sony PCM M10 or the device mentioned above. I love to have it on SD cards. You can easily copy it (e.g. to a USB stick which can be used in audio equipment with an USB port), put it in a laptop, or burn a CD etc. It is also easy to copy it to "the next media" coming up in five years time. In fact my whole audio collection grown over the decades could fit on a few SD cards.. Of course there is Neil Young's Pono: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pono_%28digital_music_service%29 Regards Peter _______________________________________________ luv-main mailing list [email protected] http://lists.luv.asn.au/listinfo/luv-main
