You can download the "alternate" iso here http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/lubuntu/releases/17.04/release/ Either the 64bit version: http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/lubuntu/releases/17.04/release/lubuntu-17.04-alternate-amd64.iso or the 32bit: http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/lubuntu/releases/17.04/release/lubuntu-17.04-alternate-i386.iso Sorry your wifi is not working correctly in that ISO. What type of Wifi card do you have?
