There's at least one programmer somewhere who knows how to change the time
delay. It is currently about 20 seconds, but I can't think of any reason why it
couldn't be 60 seconds or longer. I have found that computers can be extremely
patient unless the programmer tells them not to be. I had one headless PC which
didn't start up properly because it was waiting for me to respond to an error
message.
