I would like the shortcuts better than snapping. (I turn off snapping, I don't like it at all. I must be unusual because it seems to be the default in other distros.).
Is there a listing of available shortcuts? I know the info can be seen in ~/.config/openbox/lubuntu-rc.xml . But, I'm thinking new users (Windows users specifically) who might comprehend it the info was more available like a help file(?). I'd like to see a shortcut for disabling/enabling the laptop touchpad. I wrote a couple shell scripts to do that.[1] One toggles it on/off and is bound to a keyboard shortcut. I call the other script from .profile to toggle the touchpad off by default. (A "touchpad-indcator" package exists. But, I don't need that much fancy'ness and overhead.). [1] The scripts do the following: xinput list (to get the touchpad's id-number) xinput set-prop {id-number} "Device Enabled" 0 (or 1).
