This may be a separate issue but I see it on more than one PC on more than one 
Wi-Fi network. If I open the connection information window and watch the 
measured speed for a few minutes, it will mostly sit around 100Mb/s but, at 
apparently random intervals, it will drop to 1Mb/s for about 30 seconds or so 
and then go back to 100Mb/s. I only noticed this behaviour because it 
interrupts my viewing of a video recording from a network source.
