lxkeymap will not work good with lxpanel language switcher... I guess on the case you don't need to switch keyboard types, the best option is to put that first command I gave on /etc/xdg/lxsession/Lubuntu/autostart OR set this on ~/.config/lxsession/Lubuntu/desktop.conf
