Hi Marc, I am not sure about Shockwave. Adobe has fully dropped support for Linux. There is no pdf reader. No flash after the current version. Shockwave will never be native. That said... there may be some way to do it in Wine, but I have no idea.
It is unfortunate that there are so many learning sites still using flash. JavaScript/HTML5 is a much more portable solution, and works on any device. You might try contacting the Pipelight developers or check to see if there is a forum. Someone who knows more about this should be able to help lead you to an answer.
