An add-on on the above problem: In ubuntuusers.de i got this advice

After 'lxpanel -p Lubuntu' i get this msg in the terminal: ---- ** (lxpanel:20936): WARNING **: terminal lxsession-default-terminal isn't known, consider report it to LibFM developers ---- When i reboot, the problem with minimize is returns and i have to correct the problem handishly like above. I think, the problem is not connected to *MY* settings, but deeply related to Lubuntu.
