I discovered this problems while (trying to) use LaTeX (within emacs). I have a pc with spanish (latin american) keyboard, and three keypads installed: spanish, norwegian, US
When using spanisk keypad, I cannot type circumflex!!! (used in LaTeX for powers, like x-squared). When I try to type that in emacs, I get: <dead-circumflex> is undefined What to do? Several other symbols are also missing! Kjetil
