I contacted some people, and Robert Ancell said they uploaded a patch to
*hopefully* fix the gdk-pixbuf making too big Icons.
So, Eric, I'd wait for a bit to see... I have Trusty running
currently, so when the patch gets merged I'll let you know!

Bug description:
Using attached Eclipse .xpm icon as a desktop launcher icon will draw
HUGE icon :-) Please see the screenshot attached. This problem started
manifesting on Ubuntu 12.10 (just upgraded today), on Ubuntu 12.04 the
icon was drawn correctly.
