A few Lubuntu Menu things...

Found yet another bug report dealing specifically with an .xpm icon 
being huge - this with an app called Eclipse. This is not one I listed. 
I think this got fixed. Eclipse is in (with a different icon than I see 
in the first screenshot attached) LSC, so I must have installed it. 
Anyway, this bug affected 96 people and has detailed info on (possibly) 
the "root" problem(s) of .xpm icons starting in Ubuntu 12.10. Please 
check out all the comments to see if there is as much insight as I think 
there is (going grocery shopping - gotta' go)
