Hello Lubuntu Communications Team and Lubuntu users, I have used the "Contact" link of LXLE's website to complain about such an early release. LXLE has obviously confused official release announcements by Ubuntu Release Team with lsb_release and DistroWatch information. The version number (12.04.3) confuses everyone.
