Assuming you're using regular Lubuntu and regular Openbox (as your Window Manager), when Firefox is open, pressing Alt+Spacebar will bring up a small menu near the top left of the Firefox window. Choosing Un/*D*ecorate will toggle the visibility of the title bar (along with the min/max/close buttons). The nice thing is that this applies to other applications as well since it depends on the window manager and not on the specific program..
