I've added a draft profile to the bug report and have been testing it for some days now: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apparmor/+bug/1293525/+attachment/4029747/+files/usr.bin.transmission-gtk I've not noticed anything in kern.log during my testings, so at least it's not too restrictive for regular use. I've also tried it a few times with a fresh account and no Transmission data at all. If anyone else want to try it and comment, that might get it polished more quickly.
