I found a new bug on a test of the alternate i386 iso with full disk encryption if the password is entered wrong. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cryptsetup/+bug/1256723
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lxpanel/+bug/1256434 is still present as well It does boot after the correct password for whole disk encryption is entered. I will submit to the ISO tracker after this email.
