I am sorry if my email wasn't clear for you. Allow me to explain in easy, simple and clear way :) 1- I am afraid you are confused between the mailing list as a way to communicate with everyone and being active as a contributor :) I am sure I have explained that to you months ago but I'd be glad to explain that again. I am sure I was extra clear about the two groups that our community consists of: Users and Contributors. For Users, they are not required to be active. For Contributors, they 'are required' to be active :) https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Lubuntu/Get%20Involved/WhoWeAre#Lubuntu_Community 2- NO ONE will remove ANYONE. This is a Mailing List for everyone and as long as we are following these guidelines: http://www.ubuntu.com/support/community/mailing-lists - then everything is fine. No one is going to remove you, Aere :) 3- This is a usual routine we do from time to time. What is special this time is we will go for an LTS release and we do need to re-evaluate everything to avoid the previous mistakes and adopt the best approach to not only have a rock solid system but a strong team that is capable of whatever task/challenge it may have of face :) I hope this is clear and if not, please let me know and I will be very glad to re-explain. If you think you are busy then for sure, you can simply add your name here: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Lubuntu/Get%20Involved/WhoWeAre#Lubuntu_Users Before, we had only a list of actual members and active contributors but now, Users can also add their names :) Thank you! @Phill, Lars and others who updated their entries: THANK YOU SO MUCH :D Have a great time everyone! -- Remember: "All of us are smarter than any one of us."
