OK, so without UXA. Maybe I can supply a text file with the template in the home directory of the OEM user. > 2. Try to force another geo location or install without network up. Yes. > 3. Well, do you think it is hard for end users to understand, that they should click on that button at the top left corner of the desktop? And would it be worth providing two versions? > The wallpaper story let me think on customization, I mean, you added > some goodies to your tarball on the past like htop or ubuntu tweak. I chose to add some improvements that I prefer to use. One reason is that there is no limit set by the size of the iso file to fit on a CD, so it does not cost much to add a few packages and tweaks. Here is a list of what I added. *Everybody: Please give feedback about these tweaks* OEM TT alias touchpad-toggle alias rm='rm -i' the grub menu is shown (not hidden in a single boot system) lxterminal in autostart (for the OEM user) changed permissions of /media/oem to improve access to automounted devices (for the OEM user) alias l='ls -l' (for the OEM user) template in fstab to uncomment for floppy htop fake-PAE wooden-wall (changed default background) ubuntu-tweak lubuntu-restricted-extras pulseaudio pavucontrol If there is an opinion to provide a pure Lubuntu 13.10 system without tweaks (only the OEM feature), I will make such a system. By the way, I have also considered providing a Lubuntu tarball with xubuntu-desktop installed, so a Lubuntu-Xubuntu tarball. > F. > -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~lubuntu-qa Post to : lubuntu-qa@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~lubuntu-qa More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
