Just a short comment: I tested the usb-creator-gtk in Saucy (yesterday's version) now. I had to use it twice (both times wiping with 'Erase disk') to succeed. The first time it crashed early, the second time it created a good boot drive (from the Lubuntu Saucy 32-bit desktop iso) and then crashed with segmentation fault.
