We have been there before, this problem was fixed, but is now reappearing!
When running gksudo synaptic
from a terminal window, synaptic window then opens, but the closes
immeideately, before anything can be done.
Then, as asked before, I did run:
amauta@amauta-HP-G42-Notebook-PC:~$ synaptic-pkexec
