Hi, the final Beta for 13.10 will be available for testing on Monday 23rd September in the evening (Europe time). On Tuesday 24th September there will be an IRC meeting to discuss where lubuntu stands in terms of status of lubuntu now and any work items that were not completed that will be carried over to 14.04 (Our 1st LTS). The details of the meeting are at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Lubuntu/IRC%20Meetings/Agenda feel free to add to the agenda.
Whilst the final beta has been moved from today until Monday, if you have chance over the weekend please do grab an ISO[1] and give it a try out. If you've never done this before there are details at [2] for how to get started.
