Whatever it takes, eh?

I may have to visit the land of nod for a few hours. I really pushed myself 
throwing together some stuff real quick to work with my Intel hardware. These 
tiny cases are very cool until you need to add some physical disc space quickly!

I'll figure out what's up with that VIA hardware later, I'm now thinking it may 
actually be an X issue :^/

So, I need to figure out if it's the kernel or X ................... that could 
take a while.

I'm doing the entire disk  alternate i386 in kvm, as I cannot seem to emulate a 
32 bit cpu in virtual box. Fingers crossed now that I've remembered to apply 
the work around for the bug!
