I fail to understand what is the point? after all, this is not a closed community and we are an open source community where 'ideas' can be shared among many other communities and wherever I go, I'm still give the credit to Leszek and Lubuntu to have started this :) 'Answer me first so I can help you' kind of approach is not welcomed if you ask me :( Joining any other community is a personal thing :) Sharing knowledge is an open source community spirit.
