This is pretty awesome news for lubuntu! @ Ali and others who I asked to hold back on our shouting out that lubuntu should wait for 13.10, I apologise! Sadly it is planned from March, I do think we should get in touch with them and ask that it coincide with our 1st LTS which is April.
@ Jono, can you, via Canonical, alert them to the fact it would be better to wait for our 1st LTS in April 2014?
