Hi, gksudo and gksu are no longer installed by default, but you should not run GUI applications with just su as it can mess up permissions.
sudo apt-get install gksudo will give you gksudo. Can you also check Menu --> Preferences --> Language Support and check that the norwegian language pack is fully installed. Regards, Phill.
