Today I tried something that I didn't do before (or at least, I don't remember me doing). I went to http://mac.linux.be/content/g3-imac-tray-loader-slotloader-all-versions-xorgconf and downloaded the xorg.conf file for my iMac which is an iMac G3/400 (indigo) slot-loading. After that I renamed the file to xorg.conf and I had it put into /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d because on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/X/Config it said to put it there for 10.10 and I'm assuming that it still goes there in 12.04 since nothing's been said. Results: It works now :)
