Just finished a clean install to a persistent USB and decided to go ahead and make hardware install as well. Even though the qa-tracker is not updating yet. The kernel 3.4.0-1-generic is fast and clean on my Dell D620 and basically the only thing I noticed so far was the ubiquity slide show has 12.04 on one of the shots..typical for an Alpha spin.
I will be running some application testing tomorrow as time permits. Pcmanfm will be high on the list.
