If you currently have windows installed, then the instructions are available from http://www.ehow.com/how_2138434_ubuntu-boot-disk.html <http://www.ehow.com/how_2138434_ubuntu-boot-disk.html>I would guess it is none pae, but once get the CD booting, you can check.
