Do I have commit rights to the git or bzr tree for that, or should I propose a merge to a branch, or just do it the traditional way and upload a debdiff? One more questions: the blueprint "lubuntu-p-work-items" says it is in "Status: not started", but the status.launchpad.net screens show it is 17% completed.
