Hello,

If the team has a Wordpress blog (and perhaps other CMS might also have this
kind of
feature), you can post once at the blog then have your post go directly to
Twitter,
Facebook, Google+, and some other places.

For the time being in Wordpress the Jetpack extension provides it. Once
configured there
isn't anything left to do, it works out of the box. On my blogs I even have the
":og"
tag, (created by Facebook, but used now by all) which make the communication
get into the
social media even better (I configured it with the All In One Seo Pack which
also provides
other features).

So once Twitter and co are connected to the blog, all is needed is the password
to
connect to the blog, or a specific mail address (to be setup in the blog for a
given
user) in order to post by mail (then you don't use images to post, but mail in
Html with
UTF-8 encoding).

Regards,
Mélodie
