Flyers are great. We can do one now for Trusty. Flyers and posters are even better if they can be used to promote new releases. Some lead time for the Utopic release is important, at least for posters. For Utopic, the event will be on October 16th [0] and unfortunately many places have people that dutifully take down 'expired' material. That means the posters will be removed on the 17th in many places. So if we get the Utopic one done about three weeks prior to release, it can be used for promotion. If later, there's not much point. Three weeks are needed because a few days are needed for processing (some places have a bureaucracy) and the weeks of advance notice is there so that the material has time to be visible publicly before it is taken down after the event.
