Sorry for the subject change, but, even though it's often still referred to as the Ubuntu DEVELOPER Summit, because of it being entirely virtual AND open to subjects that affect non-developers, they've been calling it the Ubuntu ONLINE Summit. Sorry for perpetuating the confusion.

I'll let you just give the talk about development topics yourself. Would it be better for you to talk at the beginning of the session or the end of the session? >>> 3. Since I'm confused on exactly how that works, you might want to discuss it. Is there a choice between GTK and Qt sessions? Or just Qt? >>> 4. Yeah, so you might want to explain your thoughts on the matter. > You should probably add the ARM subject (or any support for others > architectures). Well, I did some research on this and tl;dr there's really no such thing as ARM support. Ubuntu ARM exists for two reasons: to support Touch and servers. Beyond that, there is inconsistency to the BIOS if you will and so every platform requires a completely different image with different drivers blah blah blah. I might come up with a "how to get Lubuntu on a RIoTboard" blog but it's probably not going to extend beyond that. Not something we really should be supporting officially. We'd have better luck with PPC (aigh!) To everyone else, PLEASE have something to me by 2000 UTC 12 Nov 2014 so I have time to put together a presentation. Otherwise, plan on presenting it yourself ;) -- @wxl Lubuntu Release Manager, Head of QA Ubuntu PPC Point of Contact Ubuntu Oregon LoCo Team Leader -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~lubuntu-admins Post to : lubuntu-admins@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~lubuntu-admins More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
