Subject: [RFC PATCH v2] Fix: perf event mutex with pthread wrapper

We do not want to recurse in the pthread mutex instrumentation when
setting up the perf counters for a given thread.

Introduce a "notrace" per-thread counter to inhibit tracing for the
current thread.
