Hi Authors and WG,
I support publication of this draft.
I went through the 03 version and it is well-writen. I only found two editorial
minor points such as "flield" in abstract and introduction section and
"specifie" in section 2.
And it would be better to change the reference
[I-D.ietf-lsr-igp-ureach-prefix-announce] to abbreviation such as [IGP-UREACH].
