Hi Everyone,

I read through the draft and support its adoption.
At first, the draft covers some cases that the existing RFCs do not cover. For 
example, RFC 9346 (RFC 5316) and RFC 5392 are for point-to-point inter-AS 
links, but do not support broadcast inter-AS links. This draft supports 
broadcast inter-AS links (refer to A.1. Figure 2).
Second, for the cases that the existing RFCs support, the draft provides a more 
efficient way for these cases.
