In Xfce ist das Problem mit den zwei Gs auch auch. Dort habe ich es in xfwm4 gefunden und es in »Größe _ändern« geändert. Habe das neulich hier in Ubuntu auch irgendwo verbessert.
Ansonsten müsste Michael Stucki mal auf seinem Rechner danach suchen. Wenn es verbessert wurde, wird es wohl erst in einigen Jahren in Ubuntu erscheinen. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Launchpad German Translators, which is subscribed to the bug report. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1575918 Title: German translation for minimize & maximize was changed to the worse Status in Ubuntu Translations: Confirmed Bug description: The German translation labels for Minimize and Maximize were changed in Ubuntu 16.04: old: Minimieren / Maximieren new: Verkleinern / Vergrößern In my opinion, this is wrong (vergrößern = expand, not maximize). However, the change is especially bad because it makes minimize and maximize via keyboard shortcuts more difficult: Before, I was able to open the menu with Alt + Space, followed by "m" for minimize and "x" for maximize. Now, the hotkey for "Verkleinern" was changed to "k", and for "Vergrössern" there are now multiple keystrokes necessary because the hotkey "g" is used twice in the same menu. My suggestion is to change the translation back to "_Minimieren" and "Ma_ximieren".
