The Quraan says "like people, like rulers". Its matter of personal liking or disliking. In reality Mush and PPP, both are same and no different than soul-less (majority) people of Pakistan.
As every system has some preconditions, I believe literacy and justice are two preconditions without which democracy cannot work. Unfortunately, both of these preconditions contradict with the interests feudal minded dictators or democratic leadership.
