Hello, Tried calling but number as expected is busy. My question to Mustafa Kamal is in regards to the northern bypass bridge that collapsed in 2006 and many people died. It's been three years and still one has been punished. Why is there so much delay into this investigation and why haven't been anyone punished so far?
