                          I read ur problem which is infact not a problem, u
should not feel inferiority regarding language subject. actually english is
not our mother tongue  and v have to follow "practice make a person
perfect"rule, for to overcome u can join languge course class,rather than
consider ur institute a MEDIOCRE. I would like to tell u that im an engineer
and serving abroad my primary education was from a Tot school and im proud
of it. my spoken skill became very perfect as soon as got opportu
