salam now you can understand what are the problems one can face. when you do this with general public you do not understand the problems of general public. you the people when somebody approaches you and he asked that give rs500, or rs 1000 because we are very famous doctors. if you do not do we will not treat. do you think the thinking of that man at that time? if you understand the imotions and feelings of the poor so we do otherwise you can not approach into the hearts of people. and are you a part of a propaganda against sharif brothers from salman tasir and zardari. if so kindly do not pollut your profession with politics thanx mazhar200
