Com efeito, a SILFS distribui uma série de prêmios periódicos e já havíamos conversado em particular sobre o "Premio SILFS per le donne in Logica e Filosofia delle scienze" aqui na lista em Novembro do ano passado, então achei que valeria a pena divulgar aqui o resultado.
Vale notar que Anela (que foi orientanda de Leitsch e Baaz, na TU-Wien, e agora trabalha lá como pós-doc no grupo de Bancos de Dados e IA do Stefan Woltran) já havia ganho também um prêmio da L‘Oréal Österreich no ano passado: https://www.tuwien.at/en/tu-wien/news/news-articles/news/loreal-stipendium-fuer-anela-lolic/ A TU-Wien também instituiu, há um par de anos, a "Helmut Veith Stipend for Women in Computer Science", em homenagem ao gentil colega que perdemos demasiado cedo: https://forsyte.at/helmut-veith-stipend/ Noto que a data anual para candidaturas é 30 de Novembro.
