November 27-29, 2019, Universidad de Los Andes, Bogotá, Colombia. Carlos di Prisco, who has been a supporter of the ASL's activities for many years, will turn 70 years old in October 2019. This conference is held in honor of his life and work. It is intended for a wide audience, especially for students, but will also include the participation of mathematicians who have worked with Carlos and are close to him. Invited speakers include J.
