Early career philosophers are invited to apply to University College Dublin's Ad Astra fellowship scheme. The scheme will run on annual basis for 5 years, each year approximately 65 positions will be available across the various Schools in UCD. The fellowships run for 5 years with a permanency review period after 4 years. The scheme is highly competitive and is intended for recent PhDs with a proven track record of publication and funding success. Applications will consist of a cover letter, in which the applicant will describe how their academic interests fit with those of UCD School of Philosophy, a complete CV including all research publications and research grants to date together with any submitted forthcoming publications and the names and contact details of three potential referees. The deadline for the 2019 scheme is April 22. Further similar rounds will be advertised in the course of the next 4 academic years.
