Full-time Post-Doc Position in Philosophy at the University of Hradec Králové, Czech Republic Research project Inferentialism and Collective Intentionality; March 2017 - Feb. 2020 (36 months) The open position is part of the research project "Inferentialism and Collective Intentionality", funded by the Czech Science Foundation (PI: Ladislav Koreň). This is a joint research project with the Department of Philosophy of the University of Vienna (PI: Hans Bernhard Schmid) co-founded by the Austrian Science Fund (FWF). The project outline and a short description are available at http://social.univie.ac.at/activities/ . The position includes a taxable salary of 480 000 CZK per year. Job qualifications: The successful candidate has a PhD in philosophy, and a strong research background in one or more of the following areas: inferentialism, social ontology, collective intentionality, joint action, group agency. Job description: - Research in the field of the project; - Conference presentations and publications in internationally recognized publication venues; - Collaboration with the project team, workshop organization, and network activities; - Limited teaching activities, not more than one undergraduate or graduate course (in English) per semester.
