I know your a one army Valkyrie Laura, but I feel we shouldn't be having private communication for community issues with private individuals representing our partners at Canonical. Either post publicly to the mailing list or post to a community board elected to lead and deal with those issues or directly to the person at Canonical with a possible CC to either of the others. Transparency and openness are not what happens when issues are made private.
