Do we need a revert of this change? If so, then I'll file a bug. I feel that all LoCos should be open for everyone to participate. Moreover, some teams have unresponsive team admins.
we arrange the German LoCo-Team as a meta-team consisting of several subteams and ask newbies to join the subteams to be part of the parent team.
If I understood you correctly this will no longer be possible if the parent team is restricted, correct?
