Of course I'm not in a position to promise anything, but usually the CDs are delivered 1-2 weeks after release (usually less than 2). With a release at 10/10 they should arrive well before November starts :-). Anything but that is likely to be problem with production or distribution, which is out of the hands of ShipIt.
