Very nice! But the naming conventions need to be fixed. Three US teams include united states while the rest just go by the state name. Some teams use initials while others use the entire name. That should be sorted out. Perhaps it can be alphabetized by country, and then the US and similar places can have the state teams indented, perhaps in an expandable thing.
