Like Rafael said, can you please give us more details about your problems. Even thou Romanian is the common language, the Romanian Loco Team is based on location, not language. We have a separate team for translating Ubuntu into Romanian and it gather translators from Romania, Republic of Moldova and some other countries (Spain, Italy, France, Germany, etc).
