Thankyou Martin,
However I am looking into removing this disclaimer from the server as
suggested by Greg.
Regards Derek

Hey Derek,
I'm Martin and I concur with Greg that your current disclaimed isn't
logical for the target. Mostly because LUGs usually have public records.

You have given me your opinion I don't know that it is correct but I
will take the advice you offered, and implement it as soon as possible.
My advice is to have instead of a normal business disclaimer, use a
disclaimer that says "This message is made available on the public
record, be aware that if you reply, your message will also be published
here: [http location of archive]"
Other than that, I can't imagine what needs to be disclaimed as it
should be expected to be a public forum, much like sending a letter to a
newspaper and having the same kind of disclaimer.
